The documents people bring to Northcue can feel personal. We treat them that way. Here is how we look after them, simply.

Your document is deleted after we read it. We keep only anonymous information, never its contents.
The thinking is ours
Northcue is not a chatbot. We built our own system that reads your document, works out what it appears to be, and carefully decides what belongs on each cue card and how gently to word it. That structure, and the safety behind it, is Northcue's own work. An AI provider only helps put it into clear, friendly language at the end.
What we keep
Only anonymous information, like the type of document and whether it read clearly. Never linked to you.
What we never keep
Your document, its text, or your name, address, and account numbers.
How your cards are made
Northcue structures your cue cards and decides what matters. To help phrase them clearly, an AI provider reads what is on your document. That text is only used to make your cards, it is processed securely, it is not used to train AI, and it is not stored.
